At Edmonton Cleaning Group, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment so we can review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a touch-up service.

Refunds are not guaranteed once a cleaning service has been completed, especially when the requested work has been fully performed.

Deposits or prepaid bookings may be non-refundable if cancellations occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Our goal is always to provide professional, high-quality cleaning services and fair customer support.
